Default Whats wrong with my hs-7954sh servo?

I have a HS-7954SH steering servo on my Axial AX-10. Its been working fine since I got it a few months ago. Then today I go to play in the rocks and it just hums and is turns freely. Zero resistance. I took the case apart expecting to find carnage, but everything looks fine. I didnt mess with taking the back of the servo apart because the board seems to have a snug fit.

The motor in the servo seems to be running strong, just that none of it is making it to the gear set.

Thx

Specs for power to servo
11.1v, 1300mah, 30C/3C Lipo Pack
CC bec set to factory 5.1 volts

Definitely sounds like a stripped gear somewhere.

I would say double check the gears for missing teeth, especially the first gear(the first one the that pinion off the motor contacts)

Other than that maybe check your servo horn to make sure its not stripped.
