| ice charger and 250 mah ?
i have an ice charger got some thunder power lipos they are 250 mah 2 cell .... as i was getting set up to charge them up i noticed that my ice does not do 250 mah ... 200/300 no 250 ... did i miss some thing on my charger ... i got it used ... no instructions ...thanks |

Most chargers like the ice use the mah to set the charge rate. It usually charges at 1c which for a 250 mah lipo would be .25 amps. A 1000 mah lipo would charge at 1 amp. Just pick the 200 milliamp setting and it will charge at .2 amps. Most lipo's like to be charged at 1c unless it says different, and some of the new ones can be charged at higher rates. But for longevity pick the lower rate and your lipo will thank you with longer life. Randy |
