Hey Noticed that the Brushed Mini Summit and Ford Fiesta are coming wth 12 turn 550 motors with the XL-2.5 ESC..Could be good for a scaler on a 35 turn but can it handle SUB C Cells??? Anyone running one of these.....

Type of battery means nothing, total voltage going into the ESC does. So yes, it would run sub c NiCD/NiMH no problem. Going to liPO is only an issue if the ESC does not have a low voltage cutoff. |
