| Proper Servo
Hey fellas, SCX10. Rok Loks and wheel weights with aluminum links. What would be the the right servo for this rig? I have read up on a few things about spending $100+ for a good servo. There are lots out there above and below that bar. I took a look at this one and it seems promising: http://www.ckrccrawlers.com/hitec-hs...bb-p-2232.html Anyone else have this servo or would recommend something else? Also, will that servo work my ESC that came with the truck Thanks for the input! |

Im not sure about the 7950, but I run the hiTec HS-7955 Titanium Gear Digital servo for steering on my comp rig. Got it on sale for $79. Its very smooth, has great torque, and has been flawless for 2 yrs now.

7950TH is probably without a doubt the most popular servo on the comp scene. Buy it you won't be sorry. I had a 645mg too and it wan't even up to the task of running my dig unit reliably.

That 7950TH is a great servo, just as good as the JR I have. no problems with it. I have it in my heavy Bully comp rig & it does fine that 645 is pretty good for a scaler though unless your taking it to a comp or your hard you are on your rig. might want something stronger |
