| Need help with traxxas 2.4ghz radio.
just picked one up from a friend. and hooked it up, works fine but i dont now how to reverse the throttle. when its in netural, the wheels spin foward slowly, and when i hit the throttle its brakes, then i hit reverse the wheels spin foward faster. how do i reverse the throttle? |

Just a thought, (because you haven't supplied us with the model number), try and google the model of your transmitter and the word "manual" and see if that gets you the manual for your transmitter.

Not sure if this will help but I couldn't find an individual manual for the 2242 TX but try downloading the manual for the slash: http://traxxas.com/sites/default/fil...l_091209_0.pdf Look on page 26, it goes through the menu tree to reverse your servos. |

Hmm interesting question. i just looked a the one i have and there are no servo reverse switches. I would just set all your trims to zero, and redo your esc's setup programming. then it should be fine.

Yes programming it to the new esc should help with some of your problems, but you have to get into the menu tree like stated above to reverse the throttle.
