3racing led ?

Finally got to the point in my project to hook some lights. I have a 3racing led system and a 4pk. According to the instructions when you move forward the headlights are supposed to brighten, my do not and for the brake lights same thing in reverse. Or if i put the rear lights in the backup light slot they will not come on at all if i reverse. Also to beable to turn the lights of with my 4pk how would i do this because this light system runs of steering and trottle channels? Any thoughts would be great, Thanks!
