| BEC Suggestions
Here is the gear list: Gmade R1, Dig and rear steer, all three servos are towerpro MG946R's, Hobbywing 35A Crawler ESC w/ Hobbywing 32T BL motor, 4PKS w/ R614FF Receiver using Gen's Ace 1300 mah 25c 3s lipo. The BEC built in to the ESC will only power one of those servos. If I plug in just one more it shuts it down so obviously a BEC is in order. My question is which one? And will a 10A BEC be sufficient? Also if I have to get the CC BEC (which is fine if I do, just wanna know) Would a good set up be to leave the front steering servo running off of the ESC's BEC and use the CC BEC (with the two servo leads) to power the other servos instead of plugging the BEC directly into the receiver (the easy way). Thanks. |

I think you either need to get the big CC BEC (20A), or run 2 smaller CC BEC's (2x 10A). Those of us running just a steering servo really need a BEC to help when we bind up the steering, you will likely figure this out eventually. |

im sure if you get a good cc bec it will atleast handle 2 of the 3 servos since i have ran 2 1/4scale servos on my clod super off one 10a ccbec (not reccomended) and it only got a bit warmer than it does in my losi running just a 7955tg. but for the best results and best chance of everything going good i would get the ccbec pro (20A version) just to be on the safe side so they have all the power they will need

Thanks everyone. I'm going to give the big (20A) CC one a try. Think I'm going to try powering both of the steering servos and running the dig off of the receiver. Thanks again.

Depending on the placement of the BEC's 2 small ones might be wise. My girls rig needed 2 since one servo is higher rated than the other. 7950 front and a 7955 rear. It is working pretty well so far.
