Default itegy matrix 85t

has anyone ran one of these? I have it in a crawler king along with a novak rooster esc. i actually think i lost power over the stock set up. i was wondering where to go next, im thinking a holmes hobby motor. i want something that will break parts before letting my tires bind the motor. does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

You either need more voltage or a higher turn armature for more power. You just have a motor that is turning too slow to produce power, for the design and size. For a cheaper swap you could just put an armature with 7.5mm comm, like one of these http://holmeshobbies.com/product.php...&cat=23&page=1
