What do I need to set up a Mamba Max Pro in my Losi Comp Crawler? I just ordered one but the in field programming card doesnt look like it will set it up right with no reverse delay? Does anyone know for sure?

The cc program card should also work as a castle link. My mmp was set for forward only no reverse and I had to set it up via a laptop for both.

Mamba, with an A, not an O.

You can program all you need with your radio. It's explained in the instructions. No Castle Link or Field Programmer needed.

I thought i read it doesnt work on a 64 bit vista or 7.

Anyway i just got mine, its for my scx10 what should i program the mmp for? I know crawler reverse but what about all the other features like drag brake, do i leave it on smart sence? Ill be running a 13.5t brushless motor with 13mm rotor.

just a heads up, watch out the firmware when u update it. if the latest beta version did not work well, just go back to early final version as they r "final"

yeah, i did have some "turbo" boost when used beta. went back to early final all solved. lol

yes, CC field card works well on any window

i think the castle link will work with any OS, i know the Novak stuff wont work on 64 bit OS, maybe that's what you're thinking of.

What other settings would you guys use on an scx10? Any boost? Drag brake on to my liking or is the 213% setting the way to go? Lipo cut off good at 3.2?

Unfortunately it doesn't work with Linux.
I think there are still issues with Vista but W7 is worth the upgrade.

Question. You going to run a micro pro in a LCC. With what motor? I ask, because those worm gears are going to make it hot. 55t should be fine though, just dont think anything above that will be good. I could be wrong though. Got 2 in my XR with 35t's. Just thinking the worms will make it work harder.
