It seems like this motor is the best seller.

While the axle buster is probably great...you'll probably want to stay with the RT or whatever at least until you get your rig and start making some upgrades.

YOU WILL be much happier if you pony up the coin to buy a nice set of handwound motors rather than buying the cheapest 45t you can find in stock. Think about it like this...would your dad buy a truck like his with a 4 cylinder gas motor in it to do the work he does, or pay the extra for the duramax and know he can pull whatever he wants? It really is that big of a difference!

Aww....are those cute little XRs not able to handle that amount of power?

I can bust XR gears with 454 pullers, let alone 540s. Throw a big arm in there and watch the gears scream into 100000 bits!

The Apocalypse 45t Type T has been the most popular motor for the XR10 that I sell. The new Apocalypse 45t Type HHK though has been rising in popularity if you want the extra power....

Both units are in stock...

Later EddieO

I'm partial to the LE's (limited edition) with ceramic bearing upgrade , but Eddie only makes those in small batches and they sell out pretty quick.

An Apocalypse HHK or Axle Buster will find it's way into my scaler when I kill off the last of the oval brushes for my epic can 35t. Unless Eddie has something new in the works by then.

In stock form...YES! Ya know if we had 300m gears and upgraded lockers and 300 shafts at our disposal I wouldn't think twice about the Axle Busters!

I do like how my plastic axles slide over rocks though

Haha....yeah, I can agree....I popped a stock berg axle within 1 minute on the rocks after finishing my build. That instills confidence in a crawler...

BTW, why slide over rocks when you can fly?

Funny you mention that...I'm actually working on a set of heli rotors to attach at either end of the chassis so I can fly...

...according to the rules my rig just has to pass between the gate markers without hitting them...right?

Haha......suuuuure......

No need for any Heli parts to be able to fly.....just a set of Brood Axle Busters!

I might have to try some of those when the 45t LE's are finished doing their job!
