mamba micro pro issue
 

so i just got my new one after my other one went up in smoke, i calibrated it but when i plug it in now it does the ringing tones but flashe green when no throttle and when i give it throttle it blinks red but motor doesent go

We need more info, What are you trying to run it in, What turn motor, what radio, how do you have it wired? :roll:

It sounds like you need to adjust your throttle trim.

i have a 4pl,brood 45ts, wired exactly as harley has in his diagram, my front motor esc works perfect but my new on for the rear is the issue

Do you calibrate it alone before you wired the together?

I had this same issue. I had to sit there for a good minute waiting for it to beep for calibration. Unplug the esc's from the rx, turn them on and then turn them off. Plug them back in to the rx and wait for the beeping for calibration. Works for me every time on Castle stuff. That is when I want to recalibrate and so on. I hope that helps. ok now bigger problems, so i have my old esc pluged in for the rear, calibrated and all, it beeps does its setup thing like itll run i give it throttle i hear it engaing but motor doesent spin and it started to smoke

Hmmm...they had you heading the right way with checking your calibration on the transmitter and adjusting the throttle trim so that the ESC would arm. Sometimes you have to go through this process with each ESC individually...not with both of them hooked to the same battery connection.

At this point...with smoke...it would help to have some pictures showing how things are wired up and such...

:oops:i figured out why it smoked, i had both motor wires on the motor on ground, i got the front motor and esc to work, this is what happens when i calibrate the rear, transmitter on, holding full throttle it rings four times then flashes red, when i let off it goes to green, i then hold full brake ( push forward) it goes beep 4 times while green then goes red i still hold forward till red beeps 4 times then goes yellow, i go back to neutral and it flashes all lights like its done then just flashes yellow non stop

I had a issue trying to do both hooked up at the same time. I had to calibrate the esc serapetly. Seems with both power wires gettig 11 volts it wouldn't work. The calibration set up is :

Disconnect battery
• Turn Mamba microswitch off
• Connect battery
• Mamba flashes all LED’s and rings once
• Apply full throttle
• Turn Mamba microswitch on
• Wait 2 seconds
• Mamba flashes green led and rings 4 times indicating full throttle measured
• Mamba flashes red led while beeping, indicating it’s time to push full brake
• Push full brake
• Wait 1 second
• Mamba flashes red led and rings 4 times indicating full brake measured

If that don't work you'll need to didconnect one power wire and try the setup again.
Are you useing the castle link to set esc up?

It's not finding neutral.

But he's going to neutral between forward and reverse. Neutral should be the last position in calibration. But yea we need a pic of the wiring set up.
One of the red esc wires needs to be out unless he's running the bec to the reciever the both should be pulled.

Yeah that too...after if find full forward you should go straight to full reverse.

If you had both moter wires hooked up to the same polarity and it smoked my guess is you made the same $70 mistake I did. I think you cooked it my friend.
