Default Bushless motors for crawling?

I'm trying to get my scaler back up and running after selling off my novak rooster crawler and 55t motor. I now have a mamba max pro that was used in my b44 and was wondering what type of motor I should be looking for? The truck isn't overly heavy (round 5-6lbs) and I'd like a bit more wheel speed than the brushed 55t gave but not as much as an old 27t midnite gave.

Suggestions?

Try a 35t or 45t handwound, with a 3s
Good mix of wheel speed and torque, and long run times in a scaler.

they arent, he is referring to a handwound 35t or 45t brushed. if set on brushless look at 13.5-18.5t on 2s to 3s lipo (slower motor more voltage)

It's not that I'm "set on brushless" it's just that I have the brushless controler and don't want to spend 100$+ on a new reversing esc.

just get a good brushed and set the mamba pro to brushed and go or you could run a brushless motor

You wouldn't have to, that controller is brushed or brushless, do like benoj said, and set the controller to brushed.
