You can run it on the stock RX. In fact, I'm running a 7955 on my LNC with the stock RX ...but I am using a CC BEC. Are you using an external BEC with it? If not, you won't get the full power @ 6V and you will be limited the voltage of the internal BEC on the stock ESC. |

You probably have it plugged in backwards.

| X2...make sure the black wire is on the ---> right side of RX The stock servo was terrible and upgrading to the 7955 was a great choice. Right now you are only getting 250oz of torque @ 4.8V which is a big improvement over stock. Getting a BEC allows you to use it at 6V and get the full 333oz of torque, if you have the available power might as well use it |

Ok guys thanks. I thought that maybe putting in the new servo made something go bad. but its just the factory radio and receiver again. This is the 2nd time in a week that they have went bad. You can hear surging power in the radio. once i bind it and take out the plug and pwr down the truck. and turn it back on there is no signal.

w/out the bec the servo can overload the internal bec in the ESC killing the receiver... Plumb in a CC-BEC and set it for 6.0ish and go! |
