Default steering servo dilemma

I have an LCC that I need to put a steering servo in (it came with a 645mg.. not enough), and I have a JR 8611a, and a HSR-5995TG to choose from (I own them. I'm not deciding which to buy). Which would be better for a crawler?
Both are rated well over 300 oz @ 6v, but neither have a heatsink case, and the HSR is a robot servo that has 180degrees of throw, which I read somewhere wasn't a good thing when used as a steering servo. Obviously you can set the epas to limit that, but I remember reading somewhere that doing so wasn't good idea.
