racing winch ?

can you use one without the controller it comes with?i will be using it with 3rd position switch on tq-3 anyway.

You need some type of controller that can see a radio signal and turn that into the right PWM to run the motor on the winch. If you just plug it to power it'll keep running.

Yep, get in touch with Heyok, he makes some killer simple plugin controllers. I will see if I can find his thread.
