SCX-10 electronic problem I have a axial scx 10 chassis which I put a Novak Goat 3s, spektrum DX3X radio & servo, losi 2s lipo battery and was working fine last night but today it wants to run on its on when you turn switch on. I charged battery and did some ajusting on radio. it still does the same thing. Could the batteries be weeak in the radio? Got this for my daughter for her birthday and thats tomorrow so I really need some ideas to check out on this.dont want to disappoint her on her birthday. New to these type RC so any help is very welcome. |

yep, many times |
It sounds like the ESC has lost its programming to the radio. Reset everything on the radio back to neutral, EPA's at 100% etc. Then do the one touch set up to set the EPA's on the ESC. See if that fixes it. Plus you should always make sure you turn on the radio first before the rig. EDIT: i know this sounds stupid but have you got the radio on the right model & it is bound. Maybe radio has lost its bind. |
that wat I thought and tried it but I will try again. |
well got throttle some what better but after I tried it out for a few minutes it start going forward on its on. trim dont seem to help at all but I try resetting after her birthday party. The steering is now the biggest problem now its not turning fully like it should before it had good steering. do I have to rebind to fix that or what. |
Since you likely had the steering EPA's cranked up before, you likely need to do it again since you likely dropped them to 100% for the rebind. |
Yup, just adjust the steering EPA as charlie said. That should fix it. |

just an idea, but does the transmitter have a dead zone setting for throttle or steering? if so, might loosen that setting. only other thing i can think of. |
Re: SCX-10 electronic problem New Spektrum DX3E was the problem they replaced it with DX3C |
