Default servo bearings

Well i broke the ears of my hs-7955tg, so i bought a new case for it, and when i was swapping out the case i noticed the bearing for the output shaft wasn't a sealed bearing, and had no grease in it...so i packed it full of grease before i put it in my new housing. I got to thinking about it, and why there was no grease in it. Any servo experts know why there was no grease in them, would i cause any problems by packing them full of grease

Depending on the grease you used, it "may" slow down the servo a bit until you work the grease around.

As to the case ears, I use small flat washers under my screw heads to spread the loads to help limit ear breakage. Most screw heads that we use to mount servos are too small to do this well.
