| Nomadio Sensor not connecting to PC
Hi guys, im trying to help a buddy with a nomadio sensor and need help from owners?? Hes got a bully and setting up for dual esc's Ive got a react that works great but i cant upload my program to his sensor.. the sensor uses a different program so the soft keys can be setup as they are different to the react... problem is it wont connect to the PC, not sure if its because im running vista? The nomadio sensor software is working on my pc and ive setup a program ready to upload to the senor (just like i do with my react) but my pc keeps looking for a driver?? Anyone got a driver?? |

Does the computer recognize the device when it is plugged in? If so, I've had that issue with my react before....I had to take apart the radio and disconnect and reconnect the USB plug on the main board.

Nope... it goes to install a driver but cant, then asks for a disk or point it to where it can find the driver

Yep....that sounds like the same issue I was having. Like I mentioned, pull the radio apart, follow the cord from the USB plug to the main board (mine was behind the screen) and make sure it is plugged in properly. I think mine came loose when I dropped it... |

Hummm.....that is strange. I didnt know it was different. Does it power up when you plug it into the computer? I've only used the Sensor software once...helped MarkReel setup his before the AZ comp...and it worked perfectly fine. I dont recall having to install an external (to the program) driver. Maybe try removing the software completely, redownloading the exe file and reinstalling.... |

Nar agian its different to the react.. with the sensor you need to plug it in and turn it on With my react windows finds the driver for me.. but not with the sensor, its strange.. like you i assumed they were the same (least i was led to believe) but im finding out very different |

Well....I am not sure what else to try. I dont recall having any issues when I plugged in the Sensor that Mark was using....but then, I was using it on a computer with XP. That might be your issue. I cant remember if Vista was out when Nomadio dropped the RC stuff or not.

I had the same problem when using vista. I installed everthing on my old pc that runs XP and everthing worked great. Its old tech, just find a old PC. |
