| deans to mini deans?
ok so we have a losi mini rock crawler, and we are looking at geting another battery. so we were wondering if you can make an adapter froma mini deans to a regular deans to charge it from our quick charger? we also wanted to change the plugs on the esc and stock battery to thoses, so would that work? |

Yes it will be fine, just make sure you keep the correct polarity on the plug and solder yourself an adapter. The same goes for the ESC, I would say the most people have cut off their old tamiya plugs and switched them out for deans or some other high current connection. Personally all my batteries are deans, just makes it easier.

You can, it's only a connector. As long as your esc won't overdraw your battery which it won't since it's only a connector you will be fine. It's going to a slight bit of weight and be a little bigger but it will be fine.

It will be fine, you aren't running any more current through the regular deans than you were through the mini deans, you're just changing the shape of the plug. Solder a female deans on the battery and male for the esc, take note of polarity and use heatshrink. good to go.
