I downloaded it on my windows 7 labtop no issues after you save it right click and go to properties click administrator then apply. After open the compatibility tab run on xp service pack 2 or vista should work fine

I just ran the install successfully on the following systems:

1. Laptop: Windows 7 Professional SP1 64-bit. "Run As Administrator"
2. Oracle Virtual Machine: Windows 7 Professional SP1 32-bit. "Run As Administrator"
3. Oracle Virtual Machine: Windows XP Professional SP3 32-bit

None of the 3 installs had any issues, and all 3 installs launch and run correctly.

**Have not tried against a CC BEC yet....that has to wait until I get home from the office.

Remove your old install of Castle software. Reboot the computer then install the new version. Might have a file stuck somewhere causing issues.
