| Crawler Specific Servo? Why not? lol
I was talking to friend about this earlier today, why doesn't a company make a crawler specific servo? It would be easy to get stupid torque if they just geared it down, to say like a .5 second transit time? with 1000 oz/in or torque? Just a thought, lol Jake |

"wiggling" the wheels to inch down over around would not be an option

600-700oz is enough for me, any more I think the servo would break parts. If you need 1000oz id look into 1/4 Scale Servos like the SSPS-105 LOL!

i'm pretty sure thats why the made the 7980...for crawlers, HUGE airplances, and 1/5 scale applications. The crawler market is barely big enough to get specific products for us, so not many companies will do it, unless they'll have a must have monopoly |
