Default SERVO BATTERY QUESTION

I am trying to install 4wheel steering with this 1/4 scale servo in front
http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/WTI0001P?&I=LXLN94

using this servo reverser
http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/WTI0001P?&I=LXANF2

The servo requires an additional battery plugged into the servo.

I would like to use this kind of battery pack since I have a ton of AA rechargeables around.
http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...2&I=LXDXC9&P=K

I am open for suggestions

THANKS

The servo youy have has the exact same specs as the Hobbico CS-80`s I got yesterday and on the box it say to use at least a 1200mah battery. I don`t know how manny mah the 4 cell AA provide but I think they only supply 4.8v, I may be wrong and mabey someone else can clarify this.

Why dont you buy the Hi-tec 805 1/4 scale servo or the Hobbico cs80 They both have the same specs but is 45.00 bucks and 35.00 bucks.

How do you wire something like that? Does it go to the reciever, or straight to your servo(s)? What type of connectors do you use? I want to get 2 HS-805s, so I'd love to do something like this but no idea what I need :(
Thanks!

By the way, I'm only running 1 steering servo right now, and I have a 4 AA pack like on the link above. After probably about 3 hours run time I haven't had to change them yet. I'm running a HS-945 now.

I just got the Tower TS-80 in the mail today. It comes with a Y harness, one end plugs into the CH 2 slot and the Y goes to the servo and the batt. pack. You leave the Batt. slot on the rec. empty. This is for BEC, for non BEC plug the batt. into the batt. rec. slot. And i'm running an HPI 1200 Nimh 6 volt pack. BTW, its a BIG servo, ya gotta make room for it
