This is common of digital servo's. It's just trying to find the exact center position. If you just wiggle the wheels the sound should go away.

The Savox high speed servo I run in my race truck is extremely noisy, from the second I turn it on till I turn it off. It works totally fine just makes a lot of noise, so it's totaly normal. The servo is so smooth and easy to turn that when it's on it has to constantly exert itself to hold the tire position, this is the noise it's making. As long as the tires aren't constantly moving and there is no accompanying sound of grinding gears you're good.
