| battery ?
Who makes the best (small) in size battery for a berg? I'm looking for a 3 cell battery with at least 1300mah, but I want it to fit cleanly behind the front axle.

Best? That's going to be a ford vs. Chevy debate. Most lipos are very similar in size from different manufacturers, the 1300 is a very tight fit and often creates binding issues. I would suggest an 850mah. |

I know it just your opinion but what brand of batteries do you like? I was just hoping to find a bigger battery for longer run times.

I have been using the Hyperion batteries for some time. I have always been happy with them. 5c charge rate if you really want it, great discharge rates in a crawler, good configurations, and great longevity out of the packs. More expensive than the cheapo chinese stuff but a way better battery long term.

these should work for 1300mah, I use elite 850mah 3s in my berg and xr10 as well as turnigy nano tech 850 3s. I will consider these when i'm ready for more batteries. http://www.hobbypartz.com/77p-sl1300-3s1p-40c-3333.html |

Value Hobby has some good inexpensive lipo's as well: http://www.valuehobby.com/product_de...=8&item_id=371 If their measurements are accurate that one is a little smaller than most 1300's |
