I love my hyperion chargers and will probably buy another in the future. Unfortunately they are about the worst to get a hold of and their customer support is ass (in my experience). As Jeremy stated the dealer is a god way to go. I had the dealer battle it out with them in my case. They refused to replace or fix the unit and the dealer eventually replaced it for me on their dime  |
