Default LNC ESC/ Novak 3-Cell Li-Po Cut-Off Smart Stop Module?.

hey guys i have a Losi night crawler esc in my honcho . iam wanting to bump to 3s but it only has the 2s lvc. do any of you know or have tried a novak 3s lvc on that particular esc? its the Novak 3-Cell Li-Po Cut-Off Smart Stop Module.

you'll torch the esc, it won't handle 3s voltage.

Not being one of those guys who ask a question and want to argue about the anwser i get . I would just like to say that i did run it with that battery for about 5 min but i knew it was almost drained and stoped way befor i could tell anything about them temp or not. Thanks for any anwsers

The smart stop itself shouldn't be an issue, i think the only ESCs that they dont get on with are traxxas XL-5s.
Just make sure you turn the ESC LVC off to stop any possible conflicts.

But i would be highly wary of running 3s on the stock ESC. There is a chance of letting out the magic smoke.
