Talking Lipos, Chargers

Im new to Lipos period.
I want to get into Lipos but am kinda scared of burning my house down.
If I go with say a 4s 30c 5000 lipo where can I find a easy no setup for idiots charger and balancer combo to charge with so i can hook up and charge easy as pie without setting Missouri on fire lol?

lipo's are not actually that bad, it's just a few people that have problems and then lipo's get a bad name. I have a decent charger that won't charge unless the voltage settings are correct and the balance plug is in the correct slot.

plenty of good charger around, mine is an elysium 60B Pro, but I don't know if it's available in the us.

Don't be scared of lipo's, just treat them with a healthy respect. Charge them using the correct settings and store them in a fire safe place and you will be fine. As for chargers I have read many good things about the AC6 from hobbypartz.com. I have the accucel 6 from hobbyking and it has been flawless for almost 2 years but when the time come I plan to replace it I will with the AC6.

Buy a LiPo-safe bag then keep the battery in the bag at all times when you are now using it. Charge the battery when it is in the bag too. Then you never have to worry about fires ever!

I also second the Thunder AC6 charger/balancer. It has served me flawlessly. I got it from hobbypartz.
