Default castle repair support please contact me please

can some one from castle please contact me as to the status of my repair/replacement, i got a brand new mini micro that was faulty and sent it back thru the correct channels and havent heard a thing, i have send many emails and they seem to be ignoring me

go to there website and call there repair number with your order number and find out, i got an email from them after bout 10 days from the time i sent one to them....they will get your product back to you.........bob

.....your part is broken....it is currentlly being replaced or repaired and shipped to you it will arrive in 2 weeks to 90days

CC has been great do deal with. I'm sure you'll be taken care of. If they don't respond give them a call like the other reply says

Its only like 2 bucks to call the US and if he's on the east coast he could ring at 8 or 9pm and get straight through.

Alternatively he can drop an email to Joe Ford with his details. Joe is a top guy and is always willing to help sort problems.

I think that most of the castle staff have been away at Joe Nall for past 8 or 9 days and most would have only returned to work on monday, tuesday or wednesday.

dont worry. you will get your part back soon. it says on there website there's about a 3 week turn around. I sent my esc in for repair. I waited 3 weeks and sent them an email to find out the status of repair. then the UPS guy showed up 2 hrs later.

In this age of "computerized everything", I would have thought you would get an email as soon as they print off the shipping label.
