If you run an RX pack, you take the ESC out of the equation. The RX pack delivers all the power to the entire radio system in the truck. Just remember to take the power lead out of the ESC connection to the RX. Don't want to feed up to 11 volts to it

But you'd need to leave the signal wire in there though right??
