Default Dual FXR no go

So I went to dual ESC controlled by a 4pks, did Harley's setup program. I can go through set up the ESC's and they recognize the inputs from the radio then when all said an done I get nothing. Like they arent seeing any signal from the rx. I have steering but no throttle.
Any of you all had or seen this problem? Any input or comments would be great.
Thanks in advance

Are you sure your trim is not at zero, both dig switches are on or that your bias on each is set down to zero?

Yep, turn both mix functions on. Trim can not be set at zero? Where is the bias located at on the menu? I went through the set up with Harley on his YouTube vid and I don't remember him talking about any bias setting.

It would be one of the switches that you set to move in 5% (or similar) increments....

Id go through the video again you may have over looked something. I set both of my FXR's up with a Tekin Hotwire before I even plugged it into the rx so I was sure they both had the same settings.
