You pick the template for "momentary" or "locked".

I've used both, I prefer the locked except for the return to "0% propo" when going back to 4wd.

I guess I'm missing what you are looking for??
I want to run momentary dig with 0.6.1. It sounds like you've done a template for that so I should be good.

Well if you happen to see any laying around your work station would you mind letting me know.....I ended up toasting the board that those white plugs were connected to.

you don't need the board, just splice into the wires

It's actually melted where the three prongs that come from the steering thingy mabobber are connected. Still an easy fix for this?

Yes, , you can just solder the wire direct to the prongs on the steering thingy mabobber

keep it in the same order, (red, brown, black), then for the power button, i think its the black and white wire, but i'm not 100% sure. What was the color of the original wires?

The power button wires are the same color (black/red). The power button issue has been solved. I was trying to remove the board from the 3 prongs to make soldering the small plug back to the board easier. This is when I melted the board at the 3 prongs. Now when I turn it on steering servo works sporadically, whether I turn the wheel or not. So solder the red, brown and black wires to the 3 prongs in the same order they are in? What about the white wire on the end of the same plug?

How do I order one? When they're "out of stock" there's no option to add to cart.

Yes, red, brown, black to the prongs in the same order they are in...make sure brown is in the middle.

take your an ohm meter or continuity tester, see which power switch wire is connected to white, then take the other power switch wire and see if its connected to red or black.

If you can't figure it out i can probably tear mine apart later tonight and take a look

My template was for the 0.4.1 firmware, it may help while looking at the newer firmware template.

As LosiKid stated, yes, that's the link & yes, BMO for momentary.

When I'm home (likely in the rain) this weekend, I will probably upgrade to the newer firmware. Then I can play with the newer templates.

Hey LosiKid........is it possible to flash back to an older firmware if wanted?? Not saying there WILL be a need, just asking if it's possible.

And splice the red and black power wires? As well as the white wire? To where? I've soldered the 3 wires to the prongs. This thing is on life support and I just wanna make sure I don't flat line it by smoking something first and asking questions later.......

this is gonna sound crazy, but take the black wire from the main computer board, and connect it to the red wire on the power switch...the white wire coming from the main board needs to be connected to the black wire of the switch

Alright guys, i'll have 8 hack kits (gt3b or gt3c) up on my site next week. As soon as i get a ship confirmation on all the inventory i just bought, i'll start taking orders, and everything will ship the day after i get the few parts i'm waiting on. GT3B hack kits with the vr and bearing will have a slight discount.

No dice, I must have done some damage to the thing that the steering knob connects to. It still twitches and acts unresponsive at times. I pulled the back off of the knob where the wires were soldered to the 3 prongs and the twitching stopped. Thanks for trying to help me revive it nonetheless. I'll toss it in the spare parts bin.........
