Sorry losikid, I was planing to get one from you. But the right deal popped up here and I jumped on it.

So far your posts in this thread have been invaluable in setting up my dual esc's. But I was thinking. Is it possible to set the ch 3 button to dig the rear axle only, then set the ch 3 trim button to do proportional dig, then set up the D/R trim button to control the rear steer servo?

Once again thanks so much for doing what you have down with the gt3b

Cheers David

I'm intrigued is this possible with the hacked gt3b? If so I may have to order one as I'm after the same thing, to run rear steer and dig.

This thread is 127 pages long, and i've answered your question countless amount of times, so i'm sure if you read, you'll find an answer. I'll give you a hint though, post #2

I've read post # 2, am I missing something? I can't seem to find what I'm looking for.

Is this even possible on 0.4.1? Or am I barking up the wrong tree?

Ok, so atleast I know it is possible and I'm not going crazy for no reason, I will try again to find the right setup tonight when I'm home from work.

So to clarify, this is what I'm aiming for: front steer on ch1, 1st esc on ch2, 2nd esc on ch3, rear steer on a 4th channel. Momentary dig for rear axle set to ch3 button, fr and rr proportional dig on ch3 trim switch and rear steer on d/r trim switch.

Cheers David.

Completely possible....doesn't even come close to pushing its capabilities.

I forget, does 0.4.1 allow you to select number of channels like 0.6.1? if so, so good so far. Sounds like you need 6 channels if Im counting correctly.

You have the proper number of channels on the receiver?

I know it can mix the ESCs, manual will tell how once you wrap your head around it.

I know itll do dig, has a menu to set up that, never used it but have scrolled past it.

There are also setting for 4ws, under the 4wd menu.

I have not used most of these features but know they exist. For me, the trick was to make the manual understandable for me.

I know your frustration, took me for ever to even figure out how to make my Ch3 a 3 position switch.

No, 0.4.1 is stuck at 3ch, 6ch, or 8ch. Depends what was flashed on it.

Use a servo board and connect the lights to where the servo motor would go. Thats the only way I can think of off the top of my head.

If you do a quick google you should be able to find if you should replace the POT and what resistor values to do so.
