That sounds like a cool setup. I've never built a dedicated drifter, but for a long time I've wanted to build a dual motor drifter with adjustable bias quicker than what we use for crawling.

Well again, I've never built a dedicated drifter let alone with a dual motor. It seems like being able to very quickly and easily adjust the front and rear bias on the fly would be beneficial. I haven't messed with the dual motor setup on my GT3b much. I swaped out my tekin & punk dig for smashed mamba micro setup, but the Berg has been apart for years

I can't find the option to order a gt3b through that order here hyperlink. The availability says not available, is that what it always says? Going to order one if possible.

@losikid

You certainly deserve compensation for all you've done. I did this hack a couple years ago and printed the original manual that I've been using. I was suprised to see your still at it and still giving support. Very noble of you.

It's amazing what you've done with this thing.

Hi losihkid

just curiosity

When you say "....(use 1K resistor to GND to get middle state) " is the 1K resistor on the RX our in the servo?

Functions assignable to keys:
=============================
OFF - nothing
CHn - switch channel "n" value from one end value to opposite end
value. There is special handling for CH3 button. When using
3-position switch instead of CH3 button and momentary is
selected for this button, then centre 3-pos value will also
be detected and set to servo (use 1K resistor to GND to get
middle state)

No, that is for internal modifications inside the radio. I don't suggest doing this unless you absolutely need a 5th 3 position switch. Even if you did need a 5th 3 pos switch. I'd recommend using multi position on the channel 3 button before modding the radio. Because I haven't tested that part of the firmware and can't help you much.

So this whole GT3C enter button issue. I think I just found the perfect replacement button. I originally found 3 buttons I thought would be suitable replacements but all their dimensions were off just enough to cause issues. But I think I finally just found an identical replacement. Looks the same and according to the datasheet, same size.

I have a small batch on the way, and I'll test them out. Then let ya'll know.

hi guys

I've an issue with my BRmini dual from Holmes Hobbies and a Flysky GT3C hacked to manage dual esc.
I've setted up few BRmini dual with GT3 hacked for friends and never run in this kind of issue.

Issue is : when I dig the radio, one of the motor goes full throttle, when I dig the other way, it's the other
motor that goes full throttle.

What I've tried to resolve this issue :
- both esc are correctly calibrated with the radio : chanels are reversed, when I apply throttle : green light, reverse : red light
- radio has been flashed in 0.4 and 0.6 firmware, same results
- I've tried the radio on a rig with 2 castle esc : DIG is working as expected

I'm wondering if it's the brmini dual settings? but I don't know which parameter can act like this ?

Any idea guys ?

I don't understand how this can be happening on one set of esc's and not another.

What happens when you're not in dig?

I have no idea how the dig mix could be causing this then.

Hi guys A quick question On steering mixes. Im fairly new to this but have a hacked GT3B with the new firmware. What im wondering is can I mix the steering so it adds a bit of right to the mix under acceleration? As the car torques a bit to the left in the dirt when you throttle up. And if its possible is it an easy process?
Thanks again

More infos about my issue :
- I tried a 4PL on this set of esc : no problem all is working good even the dig
- I tried the GT3 on another set of HH brmini dual : same issue with dig :
if I push the dig display is " d 100 %" rear wheels spins full throttle forward
if I push the dig rear, display is " d -100 %" front wheels spins full throttle forward
- I flashed again the radio, reset, program it : same issue

Last firmware I tried is : 0.6.1.s.19
I programmed it like this :
Long Epoint : d - 3 - 0%
Long Rev : 3 - DIG - BMO - RE0 - PV1

Please help
