Cool....
I was liking the dig, then go to 4wd and having the same propo show up.
Sucked when I changed to "locked dig".

Yes, I read the notes and saw that firmware 0.4.x and below didn't have that option when the dig was locked.
Sigh.

I will post up a few alternative dual ESC settings in a bit. Today is "play day" on GT3B programming.

Oh, i misunderstood you, no it still doesn't do that...BUT you can set DIG to a multiposition and set it at -100, 5, 100 as your positions and that may work...i'm not sure how that'll effect other switches though as i've never tried it.

I think the mixing/key mapping will get increased customizability here soon. One of the things on the todo for it is to be able to choose and adjust a default value (even when your in dig). So if you want to go from dig straight to a 30%, instead of to 0 then click up to 30, you can click up to 30 then exit dig. I'm still working on other details so it all works smoothly. I'm also going to try and design other switch options in the handle. So a lever or rotary encoder (like the enter wheel) can be used to adjust values.

Ahhhh....OK......like I stated, when you use "mom" for dig, it will revert back to whatever propo you have set before (I usually use 5%).
This is disabled when you use "locked" (the normal option does not come up in programming) but the info sheet states you can set the switch to "MOP" (I believe) but I feel that's a hassle.
Currently, for a "locked dig" I go back to "0" when I come out of dig and have to hit another button to get back to 5% propo......

I'm a user, not a programmer (my wife is a programmer, she complains about users all the time.....).

I have up a M2 dig template, I will add a "locked dig dual ESC" template tonight.....anything else??

losikid, have you ever done a youtube video demonstration of the firmware? It would help me a lot compared to text manuals. Just seeing a pro going through the menus and remapping some keys would be a huge help. Maybe for 0.6.1?

So, it seem like there's still a MOM dig because I don't the locked dig either. I see the guys with the fancy radios where you have to hit a button to get into dig and cycle through to get front or rear. I like just pulling/pushing the button to dig and then let go to go back to whatever I had.

The template I use for locked dig (yes, yes, yes....I need to post it) is "push a button to get front or rear dig, then a single button push for back to 4WD."

My only "issue" is the "return to last setting" is disabled for a locked dig. Thus, when going back to 4WD you get "0% Propo" instead of my normal "5% forward propo".
Sigh.

i am having trouble setting up the winches for the scaler, i have mom action on both sides of the switch, but when i let go, it doesn't stop fully, it stays like it was on creep mode, very slowly rolling , what setting do i have to adjust now?

What I did was make sure the trim was set to either L or R depending on how yr running ur set up. Then when u want to pull just hit that ch3 button and presto ur winch works perfect now let's say u want to make it the reverse way just just go into the trim menu and reverse it and hit that ch3 , now ur working it both ways it's all I ever did never had an issue setting up winches for my rigs. Just my .02

But is momentary dig still available? I really like that method for dig.

In the last template I posted, no, it's a locked dig meaning you don't need to hold the dig button. It works just like the "mom" template, push one way, dig, push the other way, 4wd, push again the other way, dig the other end.

You pick the template for "momentary" or "locked".

I've used both, I prefer the locked except for the return to "0% propo" when going back to 4wd.

I guess I'm missing what you are looking for??

While attempting to fix the throttle/power button issue I discovered that the wires connecting the power button to the plug on the board were broken inside. After fixing one, the other ended up breaking. The plug was also soldered to the pins. Before I attempt to find some small enough wire to replace the broken ones and solder the pins back to the board is there a replacement board available? I'd also need the plug and wires to connect to the power button. Wouldn't let me post the pic but here's the link. I've already removed to plug/pins fyi.

the white thing, although appears to be a plug, it isn't....the wires have a crimp connection, which snaps into a plastic housing, then soldered to the board. the housing is there to prevent shorting.

I haven't seen any replacement gt3c parts yet
