The radio comes with a 3 channel rx

I just got my moded tx and it came with a 3chan rx. I ordered the 8 chan rx when I ordered tx. It is pretty cool, got it set up to control 2 sets of lights, and 2 spd trans, right now. will add a winch soon. I had to have a friend program it though. I r dumb...

You will need to order the 8chan rx.

I got it from overkillrc when I ordered the moded tx. Kinda wish I went with the gt3c though as it is a lighter weight tx. The gt3b is heavy with the 8 AA batteries.
The 8chan rx was 17.50
its not waterproof but it works good so far.

The b is better and lighter if you replace the aas with a 3s lipo but the c feels like it's built better

i just did the hack and after running it last sunday, i realized that i can only adjust end points on my Left Steering if i set Channel 1 EPA while pressing Reverse, if i just turn the wheel left, it doesn't go the LEFT, it stay on RIGHT EPA settings. is it just me or is that normal?

Assign DIG to the CH3 Trim Switch with a momentary action
Scroll to REV, LONG enter
Scroll to 3, enter
scroll to ch3 enter
Scroll to BMO, enter
Scroll to RE0, enter
Scroll to PV0, LONG enter
Press back/end a few times to get back to main

ok, so this is what I need to do to my radio (apparently)- where is the "hacked" instruction set that shows me how to do all that? assign the DIG to CH3 trim, etc etc etc.....

got a newb question this time. Is there any differences between the Green, Orange, or Silver GT3C radios? I'll be ordering one soon and I have the header kit from Losikid on the way already.

hey man the colors may mean something. Green may be faster than orange.....I did read that the later generations fixed the on/off button issue, which came after the orange ones.
