On Board Video

I have been looking around for a good quality video camera to mount on my crawler for some good video action. Been searching around for the ones that take the flash drive and have internal battery that charges with a USB cord.

I have had the cheapo camera that uses a 9V battery and transmits a signal but picture quality is poo. Just looking for something that is small with decent FPS rate and doesnt cost an arm and a leg.

Currently use old cell phones as video camera on a trainer plane I fly as well as on crawler. Just hard to mount and bulky device. Also is a touch screen so with the slightest touch all my video could be lost.

Anyone own a good micro video camera and happy with the results of it?
