winch using Traxxas 4 channel rx?
 

i just got a traxxas 4ch link and i would like to use it on my scaler for winch and lights, i was searching and i have found that i can simple re-wire channels 3&4 to 4&3 to have a 3rd ch 3pos on the side of the rx and a 4th ch 2pos switch on the grip?
i would just like for someone to comfirm this w/ me?

works perfectly, i did the same thing for my new scaler "Rob's first scale build" in the 2.2 build section. I am thinking about doing the epa mod next, that is in this section. good luck man.

just switch wires rye? nothing more nothing less??? just seems too good and simple
