| JR z9001T getting hot in under 6 mins
Put this in to replace the 5 year old HiTech 645 and boy oh boy. It's like I never had steering before this. But my grin was put down by some hot temps after 6 - 10th mins of crawling. The 645 would go all day and then some. Running warm... But never hot to the touch. This JR is hot enough that you would pull your finger back and take a second guess before touching it again. I would have used the search options.... But my phone is being a retard. And clicking through the drop down menus. Electronics are... Novak M2 Novak BEC JR z9001t Integy 55's SR300 DX3R I have read.... With digital servos you run a faster framerate, ie 5.5ms vs 11 or 16.5 I do not notice a temp change between the selectable settings on the DX3R. I believe the Novak BEC's keep true to 6v. But I don't know 100% Any pointers will be taken with a big smile! |

No binding and epas set correctly? 6v should be fine. Never had temp issues w ones ive used but the cases tend to wallow out and then they get noisy.
