| If I dont get any led's on my ax-2 is it bad?
I just went thru a battery pack lastnight in my honcho with the factory 2.4ghz tx/rx. I went to take it out today and I have no communication between the tx/rx. Put brand new batterys in tx and tried a handfull of freshly charged batterys in my honcho. I have both lights on the tx but none on my rx. I used another tx/rx combo on the truck and it worked fine. I tried to rebind without success. Is it trash, or is there something else I can try? |

I assume you turned the ESC on? Could be a bad switch.

Yes, I tested it on multiple ESC's. Even my bad boy BR-XL. I took the reciever apart and didnt find any visably burnt up components. Gave the tx/rx to my electronic savvy buddy to figure out. Told him he can keep it even if he gets it going. Will let you guys know if he figures it out. |

Yeah, sounds like a bad RX. There may be some conductive grit on the board or other crap causing improper operation, or a part that has lifted from the board. Sometimes electronics do die without a sign though.
