help with associated xp3-ss

my radio is displaying all three battery level leds lit and isnt communicating with reciever i changed the batteries any idea how to fix it?:cry::cry:

Did you try to rebind the tx and rx?

yeah i tried that but the 3 battery lights stay lit and no response between the radio and reciever
