Default Mamba Micro Pro not reversing - checked settings and calibrated radio

Alright, I am pulling my hair out on this one.

I have never been able to get reverse to work on one of the mmp's I put in a dual ESC setup.

Original setup:

Dual Mamba Micro Pros - Only 1 ESC has a RED wire plugged into RX to provide power to RX. MMPs power wires joined to pull battery power.
Futaba 4pl/rx
CC BEC plugged into a Y harness w/ Hitec 7955. Red wire pulled from RX plug to isolate power to just the servo.
3 cell lipo
35t motors

Using Castle Field link to setup the MMP not working the settings are:
Auto Lipo, 192 Drag Brake (custom setting using computer), 100% Brake Strength, 0% Punch Control, FWD to Brake and Reverse, Motor Type - Brushed Reversing.

Also varified these settings on the computer version. Version 3.253 on computer. Software set to V1.24(BETA).

Current test equipment to keep things simple:

DX3 and SR3000 RX
Single MMP - nothing but the original wires attached to eliminate outside interference, minus the white wire that I cut off.
3 cell lipo - fresh charge
35t motor - tried multiple, from old to fresh out of package
Leaving red wire in plug to RX. Plugging into THR channel.

Tried recalibrating MMP to TX multiple times. Always works as I've done thousands of times. After calibration, it is always yellow at neutral, green at forward and red when reversing. But I only get motor response in the Forward throttle pull (or Reverse when I change TX to Reverse the throttle control).

Any ideas?

A bunch of people had this issue a few months back (myself included). It was with new esc's from castle, right after they had replenished their stock of them. I think the only solution was to send them in for warranty repair.
