I had bad luck with there lipos, they started smoking and swoll up after the first plug in!Although this was couple years ago.Something else you need to know is the customer service over there sucks,if you order parts like on a wednesday or thursday they will prolly ship out that following monday.I would reccomend going with another vendor.

You "may" find a cheaper pack, but I have NEVER had an issue with any of CBP's packs.

I would definitely recommend that charger and cheapbatterypacks.com. I bought mine from there, and it was my first charger. I read many threads before deciding to buy that charger, and I haven't regretted it yet. I plan on it being the only charger I ever buy.

It does include two balance boards. The balance boards have multiple plugs for different cell counts. Verify what balance plug is installed on the batteries you want and make sure that type balancer is included. You can buy additional balance boards for different balance plug types. You will have to solder your own plug onto the positive and negative charging leads. Most people use deans plugs, which you can get from the same place. Oh, and get a lipo sack while you are at it. Safety first.

Here is a better idea of what all comes in the box. Picture from the world wide web.
