Default Radio Question

Finally got my battery for my Kyosho Blizzard DX with plow I acquired
and testing has begun, I found that the "noname" radio that came with it has issues, a previously repaired stick that's is gonna break again and the other
stick that has a flat spot in the potentiometer.

can someone give me recommendations on a good replacement 4 or 6 channel "stick" radio either in 75mhz fm or 2.4ghz for surface use.

Thanks

There are pistol grip radios that can do 2-ESC mixing, thus what a twin stick can do.

A Futaba 4PL (4 channel) is a fairly inexpensive "main stream" radio that will work. My son uses one on a dual ESC 2.2 Bully MOA.

LosiKid also has "more inexpensive" pistol grip options

Both above options are 2.4ghz, I would stay away from AM/FM radios at this point.

i only have 1 inexpensive radio options, my customs radios will be at or mroe than a 4pl

As for the sit. how does the blizzard work?

I do know there is a dual esc steering feature in the GT3B however i'm unsure what it exactly does. I think, but unsure, the trigger controls speed and the st wheel will slow down one side or the other to "turn"

I am not positive, but I think you can use a v-tail mixer to control tracked vehicles.

EDIT: With a pistol radio that is.

ive been sing the dual esc steering portion of the gt3b on my rc converted newebright cat 245d excavator. driving straight both esc are mixed and when turning the wheel it changes the mixing % and full turn reverses one esc so it can do spins. it works very well
