| what motor should i go with?
i have a venom safari with a axial 27 turn in it now.... its got good speed but no torque... i was wondering is i should even bother going to a 35 turn or just slap in a 45 turn motor..... this truck is just for trail driving with some light crawling.... any one have any suggestions? also what is the speed difference between a 27 35 and 45t motors?

Well the norm seems to be 35T because it gives the wheels speed need while still allowing a good amount of torque to get through, I'd say go with that. The only thing I can see a 45T would be good for is if you got a really heavy rig or if you were going to build a rig to pull other rigs on

dropping the pinion a few teeth would be a good idea. Getting a nicer motor would also give you more torque.
