Default Have no reverse?

Hey guys....

I'm running a HH BR-XL with a 35t sport motor a spektrum DX3R with a SR300,just got threw hooking everything up but for some reason,i don't have reverse..i went over everything a zillion times threw the electronics to the radio and everything seems fine?although i must say i am very bad in the electronics area!..i can build and fab my own chassis, cages etc...but when it comes to all the ESC's,radios, receivers etc..I'M HORRIBLE

Can someone maybe tell me where or what's wrong?

I'm noticing that when i pull the trigger on the radio, none of the lines work?
Example pic: i'm holding down the triger now and turning the wheel and you see how the bars on the graph don't move?..they used to before?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

First question, did you calibrate the ESC to the RX??? That fixes ~90% of issues.
Usually, set the TX throttle EPA's to 100%, trim to "0" and then recalibrate.
Let us know what happens.

Turned everything off...waited a few then turned the radio on,put everything to 0 like you said, held down thr trigger, pluged in the battery..waited with trigger fully pulled in forward, didn't hear any beeps so after a few sec i then pulled trigger to reverse, then it beeped and the wheels jumped a quick flinch, then put in nuetral and tried the sterrung, perfect, tried forward, perfect but then tried reverse...NOTHING?

OK, two things.

1) Is reverse enabled?

2) Those bars on the main screen are not servo monitor bars but they are trim indicators. Also you have the brake trim set to zero which could be why you have no reverse. Move the E switch on the handle until the Brake % goes up to 100%. That is the bottom bar.

You're welcome.

I would suggest you read the manual for the DX3R and if you don't have it then download one from Spektrum. The thing has a lot of information that will make your life a lot easier and when you get a dig it will show you how to assign a switch to control the dig.

Yeah, it's cool. I have Futabas (3PK & 3PKS with Spektrum modules) and Spektrums (DX3R Pro and a dozen receivers).

Not all ESC problems are related to calibration.
