Default tq3 issues

Ok so I have a tq3 and ever since it was new it had an issue where it wouldn't stay centered on the esc channel. Had my buddy put new pods in and it still will not stay centered. And it happens when it is moved to fast or bumped any ideas on what it could be?

I took the radio apart and everything seems to be nice and tight on the pot,any other ideas? Besides buy a new radio lol.
