Default TR Dingo woes

So took My TR dingo (fresh out the boxish) out today and already think the left front shock is "blown" plus the ESC came off the tape. Also it stuters like twitches and I have tried adjusting the little deals on the tx. Goes away for a wee bit then in like the middle of drivin just stops till I go over and pick it up and then it's fine again. Any help? Could bein on an AB have to many HF signals? Somethin I am missin?

Your "glitch" issue may be:

1-The ESC is not calibrated to the radio
2-Your ESC is not providing enough power to the steering servo, thus when the steering is bound up (turning hard) it drops the system voltage enough to brownout the receiver. When you pick the rig up, the load drops & the rig works again.
Try it again without the body on, when it quits, check to see if the receiver LED's are still on.

You may need an external BEC, suggested is a Castle Creations 10amp BEC wired direct to the steering servo.

Honestly, the stock servo is not the greatest in the world, nor is the speedo. I had a similar problem with my stock servo and decided quickly that it was getting changed. Swapped in a Hitec 645 mg and never looked back. Glitch stopped, but I really was not impressed with the speedo. It didn't seem to have the fine control that I liked, so I swapped in a Tekin Rebel 2 that I have had much luck with and a better feel in the throttle department. And of course the radio never seemed all that great either, so out came the axial, and in went a JR. Not a bit of problems now! And to add to what Charlie said, make sure your antenna wire isn't touching metal, and that the wire is not frayed. Make sure your battery is good and fully charged, and your radio batteries are good. And make sure you radio antenna is fully out. These things you probably already know, but sometimes we rush to get going and overlook something small. If you want to try other things, unhook the wires from the motor to the speedo and power the truck up, you can try just the servo and see if the glitch is there. Then you can unplug the servo, plug the motor back up and try it with just the speedo. That might help to see just what is glitching.

So I tok a gander at the ESC and the led comes on Green ( I assume good) then flickers to red. Then the headlights and taillights flicker and this is all without the transmitter on. Sometimes all comes on and looks fine then Turn the tx on and everthing shuts down.

RC Rule of Thumb: Always turn on the transmitter first before turning on the Receiver.

What battery connectors do you have? If they are not Deans, Anderson Powerpoles/Sermos or similar, you may be having a connection issue.
Some rigs have Tamiya connectors which can be pretty bad, even new. Others have cheap bullet connectors that are also bad.

Power everything up, then wiggle connections while looking at the RX & ESC LED's. See if things flicker.
If they do, fix connection issues then recalibrate the ESC to the RX as mentioned before.

+1.
Tx on first when powering up, TX off last when powering down.

Once and a while mine would pick up some crazy interference. It would glitch just sitting in one spot on level ground. Once actually, it went full forward on my son and he had to hold the throttle full forward to keep it stopped.

I put in a Tekin FXR with their 35T hand wound and love it. Way more low end control and it's faster than stock on 3S.

There is a ton of interference with the plans round here and said to check into a reciever that is 2.4Ghz. I am thinkin a 2 channel case I want to get a winch or somethin

You really want a minimum of 3 channels, 4 is better.
1-throttle
2-steer
3-winch
4-dig, 2nd winch or 2 speed trans later on
