bec question

Ok I am running a tq3,cc bec,with a 3racing winch. My question is if I run my 9.6 pack will my bec regulate the voltage to 5 volt to the steering servo and the winch?

Yes, if the servo & winch are run off the CC BEC & the BEC is set to 5VDC.
