| Any opinion on these ?
I saw these and was curious if any one is using them on a rig. They talk about Helicopters and not crawlers. GForce 40C 1300mAh 3S 11.1V LiPO http://www.valuehobby.com/product_de...=8&item_id=637 Chime in on them, they seem pretty reasonable on cost. |

I've been running the Geforce 30c 850mah 3s on my ax10 and berg for a while now and I'm pretty happy with them. For a budget pack, I don't think it gets much better.

While I will state that a CBP pack is possibly not the best, the service/delivery/customization is worth a bit of coin. I have NEVER had an issue with their packs. I doubt you will either.

It only took me five or six courses to puff a 1300 g-force pack and kill a cell, I'm hard on cells with my never say quit or reverse driving style in binds though.

I run the 2S 1300mah Geforce batteries from value hobby. They have been solid for months now.

| I have to agree, CBP has some of the best products and service out there. My next round of packs will definitely be from them, they were just out of stock when I made my last purchase.

I agree with all of you about Chris. He is top notch when it comes to questions and over all information. I intended on buying from him. I just have to shop around ( My Wife is a EXTREME COUPONER ) she is all about the deal. She also does understand Quality and customer service is very important. Needless to say she has read all of your posts and approves of where I will be purchasing from. Thanks Everyone for your input ! |

Any lipo can be low cost, cheap made without the testing and safety in mind, not mention the mah listed may not be what you are really getting or even last from what I have heard. How I see it, the previous lipo providers has some failures, so now they call their lipos something else, like turnigy and all these other new names Stick with the names that have proved themselves and have not changed. A lot has to be said about ISO tested lipo's under US safety, other countries do not. Thunder Power Hyperion Been running TP's and one Hyperion with great results since 2008. I record every charge and keep track of run times. FYI Read the Lipo battery guidelines, storing, charging. Dont treat them like just some battery.
