Bought a used FXR for my wifes rig and the "neutral" is off a little. How do I adjust this? Searched but brought up a crap load of build threads. Thanks! |

Did you recalibrate the ESC to the RX?? First thing you should do. Usually, set the TX throttle trim to "0" (including subtrims if you have them), EPA's to 100% then recalibrate. |

I don't know how to do that on this esc. But I did get it working by adjusting the throttle trim a little. I shoulda known to do that... |

First set your trims to 0 and EPAs all the way out as far as they will go on your radio. Press and hold the MODE button until the FXR starts blinking and chiming, it will find neutral first, then chime and move to the far right LED, looking for full throttle. Hold full throttle and wait for the chime, then it will switch to the far left. Hold full brake and wait for the chime, then let go. the FXR will go back to LED #4 on and blinking over the the left ever 2-3 seconds, reading internal temperature and letting you know it's in neutral. These are animations showing an RS, but are the same for all of our ESCs. Neutral, reading ambient temperature. Shows neutral and rising internal temperature. |
